By clicking the Submit Loan Requirements button, the Client agrees that Asiagroup Finance Corp. may share information relating to the Client's loans and accounts with other banks, credit rating/information agencies, personal information controllers and personal information processors (collectively, "Third Party"). The Client futher agrees that the Third Party may share information relative to the Client's accounts with others.

The Client also agrees that the Bank and/or the Third Party shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its disclosure of information or the processing thereof.

The above statements are submitted for the purpose of obtaining credit facility and are certified to be true and correct.

I hereby authorize the Asiagroup Finance Corp. or its authorized reprepsentatives to conduct the corresponding credit verification on this application. I understand that any false statement or material omission may lead to the rejection of my application.
